Getting There

Malaga Airport

By Air
The Costa del Sol is served by two airports - Malaga and Gibraltar.
Once you have arrived, you can easily get to Estepona by car and your journey time should be within the hour.

Buses
A frequent service operates along the N340 from Gibraltar to Marbella. They provide an inexpensive alternative to car hire if you don't plan to drive off the beaten track and see the local area.

Car Hire
A number of car rental companies operate either from the UK with offices in Spain, or locally in Spain itself. These include national names as well as Costa del Sol specialists such as Niza cars who operate from both Gibraltar and Malaga. The easiest way to ensure you get the car you need is to book it before you travel - in this way the vehicle will be waiting for you. Driving between Malaga and Estepona is made much easier with the AP-7. This is the Autopista Toll road and there are two tolls between the airport and Estepona. The alternative is the N340 which goes through towns and is much slower - particularly during the day. Note that the local police have frequent speed campaigns and they target tourists - so keep an eye out for speed limit changes - theyare frequent.

Taxis

These are plentily avaible from the airport - although if you fly in to Gibraltar, you may need to wlak on to the spanish side of the border to get one.

Meet and greet
On arrival you will be met by our local housekeeper who will show you around the apartment and give you additional local news.
